Glen Miller | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Miller has over 50 years of experience in the solid waste and recycling collection, transportation, and disposal industry where he has held executive positions in public and private companies. Throughout his executive career Mr. Miller has been instrumental in successfully acquiring and integrating over one hundred waste service companies.  Mr. Miller joined the Titan team in 2022.

Jeffrey Rizzo | Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Rizzo has been involved in the waste management and trucking industries for over 25 years. During his tenure in the industry, Mr. Rizzo has held executive positions in numerous private environmental companies where he was responsible for the oversight of over $165M of annual revenue and more than 700 employees.  In 2017 Mr. Rizzo founded Titan Trucking, LLC to focus on building a service oriented, environmental services company in the Michigan Market. 

Michael Jansen | Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jansen has over 25 years of experience in the waste management business, specifically, in financial operations. Over the course of his career he has held executive positions in both public and private companies and was responsible for the financial performance of as much as $425 million of annualized revenue. Mr. Jansen was also the founder of his own solid waste collection business located in the Michigan marketplace.  Mr. Jansen is a Certified Public Accountant and joined the Titan team in May of 2023.

Mr. Miller has over 50 years of experience in the solid waste and recycling collection, transportation, and disposal industry where he has held executive positions in public and private companies. Throughout his executive career Mr. Miller has been instrumental in successfully acquiring and integrating over one hundred waste service companies.  Mr. Miller joined the Titan team in 2022.

Richard Berman | MBA, Director

Richard Berman’s business career spans over 35 years of venture capital, senior management and merger and acquisitions experience. Mr. Berman has served as a director and/or officer of numerous public and private companies. Mr. Berman’s professional career includes positions at Goldman Sachs and Bankers Trust Company where he started the M&A and Leveraged Buyout Departments. He is a past Director of the Stern School of Business of NYU where he obtained his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration. He also has U.S. and foreign law degrees from Boston College and The Hague Academy of International Law.

Frank E. Celli

Mr. Celli is a lifelong waste industry veteran. From October of 2000 to November 2006 he was co-founder and CEO of Interstate Waste Services, during which time the company achieved growth of over $150 million in revenue. During his time at Interstate Waste he was responsible for all aspects of the business including collection, recycling, landfills and emerging technologies.  Since 2006 Mr. Celli has held numerous positions with both public and private environmental services companies.

Ajay Sikka

Mr. Sikka has over 20 years of experience in the global technology industry working in a variety of functional areas & geographies. Mr. Sikka spent many years working in leadership roles at Microsoft running marketing, sales and engineering teams as well as leading Business Strategy and technology acquisitions for the Server teams. Over the course of his career, Mr. Sikka has been and instrumental part of multiple successful startups including Vermeer/FrontPage (sold to Microsoft), IndiaHQ (Media company for the South Asian community) and OmniM2M for IoT. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of TraQiQ and is an active angel investor, board member and advisor.
